Enjoy Lebanese Flavors with Chef Cristina Topham

$100 – $800Embrace spring with the Lebanese-inpired dishes of Chef Cristina Topham, chef-owner of Spread Kitchen in Sonoma. Her menu includes elements loved around the Mediterranean Sea.
- Baba Ganoush – charred eggplant and tahini dip
- Baked Lamb Kibbi with Hashwit Filling and Yogurt Sauce – lamb and bulgur wheat croquette with pine nuts and onions
- Spring Fattoush Salad with Pita Chips – bread salad with seasonal vegetables and lettuce
- Walnut Baklava – phyllo dough with honey and walnuts
Her culinary journey began in 1999 when she quit a Wall Street job and graduated from The French Culinary Institute in New York City. Her career grew with line cook jobs in New York, catering for boutique wineries and heading kitchens for superyachts traveling the Mediterranean.
She opened Spread Catering in 2016 with a focus on dishes from her Lebanese heritage, then transitioned into a brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2022. Chef Cristina received honors last year for Best Vegetarian Meal from the Sonoma Index-Tribune, plus appeared on “Best of Sonoma” lists for Eater SF and Sonoma Magazine.
