The chef is a longtime Marin resident with a passion for organic and farm-raised products. He worked at some of the best kitchens in the North Bay before opening Madcap in 2017, including The French Laundry, Michael Mina and Charles Nob Hill.
He’s known for serving elegant tasting menus that meld Japanese and French influences in artistic dishes that change with the seasons. Join us to learn more about his take on modern dining and favorite career moments.
