Fresh Starts Chef Events with Chef Stéphane Saint Louis

Chase away winter with Chef Stéphane Saint Louis of Table Culture Provisions, a Petaluma hotspot that has grown from a pop-up into a destination pairing haute cuisine with comfort. His menu includes Asparagus Soup with Herb Croutons & Crème Fraiche, Braised Short Ribs with Potato Gratin and Sorrel Pesto, and Crème Brulée with Vanilla Bean.
With partner Steven Vargas, Chef Stéphane opened Table Culture Provisions in downtown Petaluma last fall after launching as a pop-up at another location.
