SOLD OUT: Kick off your holidays with Chef John Ash, a two-time James Beard Award-winner and leader in creating Wine Country culinary style. He will demonstrate recipes from a not-yet-published treasure, “The Hog Island Book of Fish & Seafood,” due for release in May 2023.

Your experience includes a four-course meal prepared by our stellar Fresh Starts team from the chef’s recipes and served at your table. Each reservation includes two glasses of wine, if desired, to accompany your meal. The menu:

  • Hog Island Clam Chowder
  • Smoked Trout Salad
  • Seared scallops with Bacon and Creamy Corn Sauce
  • Lime Posset with Fresh Berries
