Savor the culinary traditions of rural France with Chef Marc-Henri Jean-Baptiste of Maison Porcella, who presents a menu from his charcuterie-focused bistro alongside a meat-cutting demonstration by David Budworth (aka Dave the Butcher).

The French-American chef opened the Windsor bistro in 2018 with his wife, Maud, after 10 years of training with top chefs like Daniel Boulud and Alain Ducasse. He also traveled Europe while studying charcuterie and the butcher’s art.

Dave the Butcher, a longtime educator and master meat-cutter, will provide a demonstration paired with the evening’s recipes. Menu details coming soon!
