The Key Room is designed to do more than provide an accommodating event space in the heart of Marin County. Founded in 2008, The Key Room serves as an extension of Homeward Bound of Marin, helping fulfill its mission of moving people from crises to stability to thriving.
This unique facility earns revenue and builds employment skills for people facing barriers to work and housing.
Our team includes graduates of the Fresh Starts Culinary Academy, a flagship job-training program, serving aspiring students from the community as well as Homeward Bound residents interested in jobs in the culinary field. …
