Along the way, Anna will share her passion for Ukrainian and Eastern European flavors, showing how timeless recipes can be reimagined with contemporary techniques.

About the instructor: Anna Voloshyna is author of “Budmo! Recipes from a Ukrainian Kitchen,” which celebrates classic recipes from her homeland refreshed for today’s home cooks. She teaches classes around the Bay Area.
