Explore the simple goodness of fresh cheese and homemade butter with Honey Grace Lopez, who trained at Ireland’s renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School. Known for her approachable teaching style, she will guide you in making a variety of fresh cheeses from a single base and creating rich, flavorful butter. You’ll have a close-up view of her step-by-step demonstration for preparing whey flatbread. At the end of class, enjoy your fresh creations together.

About the instructor: Honey Grace Lopez gained an appreciation for farm-fresh culinary traditions in Ireland. Along with attending the Ballymaloe school, she worked on a 100-acre farm in West Cork. She teaches cooking classes around the Bay Area.
