Join Chef Honey Grace Lopez for a hands-on exploration of homemade pies, from flaky crust to irresistible fillings. In this seasonal workshop, you’ll learn tips and techniques for mixing and rolling tender pie dough, building well-balanced fillings, and finishing your pie with a perfectly paired streusel topping that takes it from great to wow. With plenty of hands-on practice with the chef, this class serves bakers of all skill levels who want to gain confidence and leave inspired.

About the instructor: Honey Grace Lopez gained an appreciation for farm-fresh culinary traditions in Ireland while attending the famed Ballymaloe Cookery School. She teaches cooking classes around the Bay Area.
