Holiday baking from breakfast to dessert! Move from Chai-Spiced Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls to Walnut, Leek & Feta Flatbread, Parker House Rolls and Cranberry Roulade. Learn the techniques for mixing yeast doughs, proofing and baking. You’ll also make a basic Chiffon Cake and delve into sautéeing and finishing a variety of baked items.

About the Instuctor: Chef Dave Leyva worked as chef and pastry chef in several notable restaurants before starting his journey as an instructor in the Wine Country. He has taught and mentored rising chefs at The Culinary Institute of America, Copia and the original Williams-Sonoma store.
