Hands-On Class: Mezze with Chef Cristina Topham

Learn to craft a delectable mezze platter that turns any event into a celebration! Get tips from a star of Lebanese cuisine as you make authentic Beiruti Hummus, Baba Ghanoush and more. The class will make their own pita chips for dipping and discuss mezze platter additions such as dolmas, falafels, and traditional pickles.

About the Instructor: Chef Cristina Topham swapped Wall Street for life in the kitchen in 1999. She has worked in acclaimed restaurants, founded a catering company and cooked on superyachts.
