Learn all the essential tips and tricks to produce fresh, homemade bagels, bialys, schmears and toppings. Join Chef Nick Abrams in creating authentic, hand-rolled New York-style bagels and perfect accompaniments. The class culminates with a bountiful bagel brunch buffet. Come ready to bake, learn, and celebrate everything bagels!

About the instructor: Chef Nick has worked in fine dining, as Culinary Director at Rustic Bakery and Executive Chef at Hilltop 1892. During the pandemic, he opened a four-year labor of love with Ethel’s Bagels in Petaluma. Today he leads on-the-job training for culinary graduates as Homeward Bound’s Teaching Chef.
