Chef Rogelio Garcia shares a menu from Napa Valley’s Auro, which earned a Michelin star with food that he calls “classic French with global influences and a slight Mexican accent.” Join us for a memorable evening with one of the region’s most exciting talents!

Since entering the restaurant world as a teenage dishwasher, Chef Garcia has built his career with techniques honed at headline restaurants like The French Laundry, Cyrus and The Commissary. He gained national recognition on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 15 and was a 2024 James Beard Foundation finalist for Best Chef: California.

He published his debut cookbook, “Convivir: Modern Mexican Cuisine in California’s Wine Country“, in September 2024, underlining his reputation as an innovator of modern Mexican cuisine. He describes cooking as a process of storytelling and will shares some of his own stories from the kitchen!
