- Smoked Salmon with Roasted Red Beets, Strawberries and Plum Vinaigrette
- Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème with Dark Cherries and Candied Almonds
Chef Paul brings a passion for charcuterie to the acclaimed culinary experiences at Kendall-Jackson and often serves as grillmaster at winery events. He’s also a five-time champion at the annual Lord of Rice competition, held last September at the winery, and has judged contests around the world.
