Learn about farm-to-table eating in the Wine Country with Chef Paul Schroeder of Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens. He will present three courses built on the estate’s seasonal garden-to-plate ethos. His menu:

  • Tomato Tarte Tatin with Whipped Chèvre and Olive Tapenade
  • Smoked Salmon with Roasted Red Beets, Strawberries and Plum Vinaigrette
  • Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème with Dark Cherries and Candied Almonds

Chef Paul brings a passion for charcuterie to the acclaimed culinary experiences at Kendall-Jackson and often serves as grillmaster at winery events. He’s also a five-time champion at the annual Lord of Rice competition, held last September at the winery, and has judged contests around the world.
