Chefs Heidi Krahling and Roland Passot will share cooking and memories in this unique evening hosted by Fresh Starts Chef Events and the Jacques Pépin Foundation. The event is one of 90 gatherings around the country to celebrate this milestone birthday while supporting the chef’s leadership in making culinary training accessible for anyone.

- Brandade de Morue – Baguette Toast, Radicchio, Escarole Anchoïade
- Chicken Chasseur – Cépes, Leek Gratin
- Hazelnut Dacquoise – Coffee Buttercream, Salted Praline, Burnt Orange Ganache
Chef Heidi will demonstrate the evening’s appetizer recipe in our showcase kitchen. Dining will continue as Leslie Sbrocco leads our chefs in a conversation about the impact of Chef Pépin’s work.
